Why use BodyTalk?
It has become fundamentally clear that our outer world affects our inner world. And conversely, your inner world affects your outer world. This dynamic gets to the heart of why BodyTalk is an essential ingredient of my work.
For example, let’s say you’ve just realized your checking account is overdrawn. And moments ago you mailed your rent check. What happens?
That’s right. Your stomach plummets, you feel sick, and you just broke out in a sweat. This is an example of how your outer world (overdrawn checking account) directly impacts your internal world (stomach upset and sweat).
And it doesn’t end here! When stressful situations are continuous your body doesn’t have enough time to recover between episodes creating a toxic internal environment. And just like the chicken and the egg, chronic stress (fear, worry, anger, overwhelm) leads to chronic conditions (pain, dysfunction, disease) leading to more stress.
BodyTalk addresses these environmental influences so the negative impact of life events (past, present, or future) have a lower impact on how your body works and feels.

BodyTalk can be used as a stand-alone system to treat many chronic and acute health problems, or can be seamlessly integrated with any health care regimen to increase its overall effectiveness. BodyTalk’s major assets are its simplicity, safety and the speed of results.
How The BodyTalk System Works
We all have a part of us that knows exactly what’s wrong and the best way to fix it. This is called your Innate Wisdom. It is the part of you that spontaneously heals a cut, or solves a problem while you’re doing something else. Unfortunately, as a result of environmental influences, stress, and trauma, it is quite common for your body’s natural healing ability to become compromised.
The BodyTalk System incorporates state-of-the-art science and philosophy to help your body unlearn the habits, beliefs, biochemical pathways and postural patterns that are restricting the healthy functioning of the body-mind complex.
Using The BodyTalk System, systems in the body need that need to be rebalanced are determined. Once these imbalances are repaired, the body returns to a natural state of harmony, allowing healing to occur.

What to expect during an Energy Alignment Session
Energy Alignment sessions are a combination of The Quick Pulse, Advanced Pulse, Rolodex, BodyTalk, and Intuitive Healing.
All sessions are conducted either in person, by phone, via Skype, or entirely remotely. Sessions begin with a check in about how you’re doing, what you’re finding difficult, and what you’d like to clear/heal. From here we move directly into the healing using a variety of methods as determined by Divine Guidance.
