BEFORE…
I was a Type A, neurotic, pathologically planned out wife, mother, and business owner. I ran my life with militant precision. I was relentless.
I was relentless because all I could see was LACK in:
- My relationships (focusing on what was missing or “wrong”)
- My physical appearance
- My emotional state
- My parenting
- How others were (not) showing up for me
- My finances
I could not sit still, be by myself, let alone meditate! I was driven by fear and focused on the opinions of others as the barometer of whether I was “successful” or not. At the same time, I was ignoring a gnawing feeling that something inside of me was brewing and wanting to come out.
In a nutshell I was 80% stress, 20% content.
THE MIDDLE…
Throughout my 30’s and 40’s I worked tirelessly on my physical and emotional self. I focused healing 8 years of neck pain, a “scary” diagnosis, disordered eating, and chronic anxiety. But though I was “working hard” on these things, I still found myself repeating the same old patterns. It was driving me crazy!
Using a combination of energy healing, coaching, and nervous system regulation I released the habits of:
- Living on autopilot
- Greeting life with fists clenched and my foot on the gas
- Clipping my wings to keep everyone happy
- Silencing my voice in favor of keeping the peace
- Squashing my appetite for FREEDOM, EXPRESSION, and AUTHENTICITY
I realized while I thought I had been healing, what I had actually been doing was focusing on “fixing” me rather than “feeling” me. This was a revolution and changed the course of my healing.
Understanding I am responsible for my own well-being and owning that responsibility has given me the freedom to be more ME in every way.
This is how I show up for you. My super power is holding a safe and loving space so you discover for yourself WHO YOU ARE AND WHO YOU WANT TO BE.
AND NOW…
- My marriage is whole and evolving.
- I navigate my body’s “ups and downs” with calm and respect.
- I know how to regulate my nervous system and energy bodies.
- Curiosity (verses judgement) is my natural state of being.
- I am radically honest with myself (even when it’s uncomfortable).
- Most importantly I have learned how to ride the roller coaster of life without shutting down and freaking out.
This is my wish for you too. I hope you’ll join me in supporting YOU.
