Question: How often should I schedule appointments?

Answer:

You are always in charge of when to schedule future appointments. However, most clients want to resolve their conditions quickly and thus schedule sessions closer together. In the beginning sessions are typically scheduled 1- 2 weeks apart depending on your circumstances. For established clients, coming in every 2-4 weeks is not unusual. If you are going through an especially challenging time, you may notice want your appointments closer together.

Question: How long do sessions take?

Answer:

Hypnotherapy Sessions are anywhere from 1-2 hours. Premium Sessions (Quick Pulse plus BodyTalk) are 1 hour. Full Quick Pulse sessions are 30 minutes and a Mini-Quick Pulse is 20 minutes.

To get the most out of our time together, I suggest that the beginning conversation stay centered around shifts that you’ve noticed since your last session and/or what you currently find challenging. I like to keep this conversation short so the bulk of our time together is spent doing what I do best – balancing your body’s energy systems.

Question: How many sessions will it take to get results?

Answer:

Plan on having three sessions before determining if you’re getting results or not. Although it is quite common to experience relief right away, this is not always the case. However, if after three sessions you haven’t experienced any change in your symptoms or life this work may not be for you. Remember, the Live Demo is your opportunity to experience my work first hand before paying anything.

Most clients eventually come to a place where they schedule appointments every 1-4 weeks. Some clients schedule session until their symptoms are gone, while others have sessions on a regular basis for preventative care and for the well-being this work brings to their lives.

Question: What types of conditions do you work with?

Answer:

I work with anyone who would like to experience improved physical and emotional well-being. All pain (body or mind) is a result of miscommunication or lack of communication between the body, mind, environment, and emotions. Therefore, any condition will benefit from balancing.

Conditions addressed through this work include: Addictions, Allergies, Anxiety, Arthritis, Behavioral issues, Chronic Pain, Depression, Digestive Disorders, Fatigue, Fears and Phobias, Headaches, Learning Disorders, Infections, Immune System Deficiencies, Life Transitions, Low Energy and Motivation, Menstrual Irregularities, Mental Clarity and Focus, Prenatal Care, Sports Injuries, Stress, Trauma, Unclassified Symptoms, Viruses, Wellness Enhancement, and many others.

Question: Are there any side effects from this type of work?

Answer:

Responses to this work are varied. Immediately following a session, most clients feel quite relaxed, with a sense of grounded-ness and peace. It is not uncommon to feel slightly dizzy – so please take your time getting up or switching activities. As your body recalibrates to the energy shifts you may also feel slight fatigue, nausea, gastrointestinal shifts, diarrhea, thirst, or (rarely) slight fever. These are usually mild in nature and should pass within 24 hours. It is always a good idea to follow a session with plenty of water

Question: What does it mean when you “link” items during BodyTalk?

Answer:

BodyTalk is a system that “links” certain body parts (like, organs, endocrines, bones, and joints) to other parts for the purpose of re-synchronizing the way these parts communicate. These links often do not make logical sense. In fact it doesn’t help to analyze them as their effectiveness can be unraveled if our conscious minds try to over-think them. Mostly links are addressed to parts of the brain/body other than the conscious mind.

Question: Can you explain what a priority is and how it works?

Answer:

Your opportunity to address what is on your mind is done with The Quick Pulse. BodyTalk is different. Although we are always addressing well-being at heart (including what you came in for) the path to this well-being is not always explainable.

Because we live in a “need to know” culture, I understand the desire to know exactly what we are addressing and why. However, we know so little about the interconnectedness of our body, environment, mind and spirit – that for me to assume that I know exactly what is being addressed would be quite presumptuous. However, this doesn’t mean I don’t care about results. If I see patterns or get intuitive insights I will always tell you. The best way to evaluate your sessions is by your response, shift or disappearance of symptoms.

Question: What if I don’t have any physical symptoms? Can you still help me?

Answer:

You do not need to have a symptom to come in for a session. This energy work can be used to accelerate personal/spiritual growth, belief systems, career/relationship challenges, and sports and business performance. In fact many of my business coaching clients enjoy the benefits of energy balancing as it applies to business, business performance, and finances.

Question: I’m feeling so much better; can I stop seeing my doctor or reduce my medication now?

Answer:

Although my clients experience excellent results from their sessions, it is imperative that you continue with your established healthcare routine until you have consulted with your physician.

The energy work I offer supports traditional medicine by allowing your body and mind to utilize treatments and medications to their fullest. If you feel you need to adjust your medication or discontinue with your current providers, please seek medical advice before doing so. Remember, I am not a medical doctor. I will never prescribe, unprescribe, diagnose, or give my opinions on medications or supplements. (No matter how nicely you ask).

Question: Do you work with children?

Answer:

Yes. As a parent myself, I take great joy in working with kids of all ages. It’s never too early to start balancing your energy! I have found that younger children respond best to distance work. This is especially true with “wiggly” children or those that are sensitive to meeting new people.

When working with children I do ask that at least one parent is also receiving sessions separately.

Question: Do you work with animals?

Answer:

Yes. I love working with animals and pets and see these beings as an integral part of our health and well-being. To stay in compliance with Oregon State Laws and Regulations all AnimalTalk is performed from a distance.

Question: Speaking of Distance Sessions, does this really work? And how do you do it?

Answer:

Yes, distance sessions really work. I was quite skeptical of this at first and was reluctant to offer it to my clients. However, after much prodding from clients who had moved, I began offering distance healing several years ago. I have found the results to be just as reliable as in person sessions.

Distance sessions are treated with the same priority as all in-person sessions. If you would like to set one up for yourself, your child, or your pets simply give me a call and we’ll discuss your concerns and set a mutually agreeable time for the session

Question: I’m not sure if this is for me. How are you different from other healers or practitioners?

Answer:

Question: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Answer:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. It is okay to leave a message at my office. Because I run a full-time practice, no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full. And conversely, if I make a scheduling error and give you less than 24 hours notice, I will make up the session free of charge.
